We support organizations with strategic planning to optimize their approaches and impacts.
Whether starting a new social program or venture, or expanding one that already exists, we help organizations to develop strategies, measurement plans and systems, and implementation plans to optimize their success and social impact.
Some examples of our work in this area include: using social return on investment (SROI) analysis for forecasting or planning an intervention; developing strategic business plans for new social impact organizations, management consulting to healthcare delivery providers; and helping universities and healthcare organizations to develop and launch education and training programs, including online education.
SROI TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING
We train people how to do social return on investment (SROI) analysis and build the capacity of organizations to conduct ongoing monitoring and evaluation using toolkits and dashboards.
We build individual and organizational capacity to learn how to do SROI analysis through an online practitioner training that we offer, and also through custom in-person or virtual SROI trainings upon request. In addition, we can provide coaching services and structured support as you do an SROI analysis.
We also develop user-friendly and easily accessible toolkits and dashboards that organizations can use for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Some examples of our work in this area include the development of: SROI toolkits for non-profit organizations; human rights-based toolkits for monitoring & evaluation in maternal and newborn health; and organizational capacity building to apply SROI in their own work and programs.
EVALUATION & IMPACT ASSESSMENT
We help organizations measure, communicate and improve their social impacts.
We use various approaches to evaluate interventions as relevant to each project, specializing in the internationally standardized social return on investment (SROI) methodology. SROI analysis helps organizations demonstrate the value of their social impact in relation to their social investments.
Some examples of our work in this area include SROI analysis of public health programming in the US; SROI analyses of peacebuilding programs in Kenya; and evaluation of workplace health programming in India and Mexico.
